The great thing about hiking in switzerland, aside from practically-perfect-in-every-way maps and signage, ridiculous the-hills-are-alive type views, are the plentiful ski lifts and cable cars you can use to save your knees on the way down. And yet another is how friendly and talkative (and funny!) Swiss people seem to be when in the mountains
